Bachelorette Weekend in Nashville on a Budget: A Guide
Are you a maid of honor looking to plan a Bachelorette weekend in Nashville? Then keep reading! I planned the ultimate Bachelorette weekend in Nashville for one of my best friends on a budget.
There is a unspoken conception that destination bach trips are expensive. While it may be true to an extent, it doesn’t mean that it’s not affordable. If the bride wants it in Nashville, we will do our best to give her the Nashville experience on a budget
The goal was to only spend $500 per person for the entire weekend. Which is different from the average bachelorette attendee spending close to $1,000. I don’t know about you, but I don’t have that much money to throw at a weekend nor do I want to. Here’s the breakdown of how to plan the ultimate bachelorette weekend while in Nashville.
1. Find a place to stay: An affordable Airbnb
Where you stay is one of the biggest expenses of the trip and it’s the first thing you should nail down. Be aware: prime bachelorette season in Nashville is May- August, so pricing will be higher during this timeframe. I suggest you aim for April or October to beat the crowds if you still want nice weather. For reference, we went at the end of April.
What should you expect for pricing? We rented a Airbnb that totaled $1400 after fees/taxes. With 8 girls, each paid $150. It was a 15 min drive from Broadway, which was great for the cost. The closer you stay to broadway, then the higher price you will pay.
Tip: The Gulch is one of the best neighborhoods to rent an airbnb.
2. Choose and Reserve your Activities
Once you reserve your Airbnb, it’s time to select your activities. Based on your budget- select one or two. We did two big activities overall.
Here is a list of popular Bachelorette activities to do while you’re in Nashville:
Take a Dance Class- Miss Fit Academy
Bus Tour around Nashville- Honky Tonk Party Express
Visit Nashville’s Wine Country: Arrington Vineyards
Pedal Tavern Tour- Nashville Pedal Tavern
Generally, pricing verifies on what you choose to do. We took a Dance class a Miss Fit Academy, that was $35 a person. We also did a bus tour around Nashville with Honky Tonk Party Express, which was a $900 package. *pricing did not include alcohol
3. Choose a Theme for the Bachelorette Weekend
Choose a Tagline: Here are some suggestions
- Brides Name Boot Scootin’ Bach
- Brides Name Hoedown Throwdown
- Brides Name Last Ride
Choose a Theme: Your theme is what your decorations, outfits and activities are based off of. Our was called: Boots, Bling, and Denim.
4. Plan your Bachelorette games
Friday night, was our only night to do bachelorette games so we did all of get them that night. Eventually, we got back from a cocktail hour at PROOF and we all changed into PJ’s and made dinner.
Following the fun pasta party, our bride opened up her lingerie gifts. Later, we played a Panty game, where each girl brought a panty that matched their personality and the bride matched the panty to the girl. A quick and cute game, on the other hand, it was a fun additional gift for the bride! Afterward we played TP wedding dress Challenge, which everyone died laughing. No joke- I cried.
Ended the night with a powerpoint of random, fun facts about the Bride, for example, “Our relationship timeline… as told by [Taylor Swift] lyrics”. All in all, a great night full of laughter. Obviously, you can see the in photo.
5. Make your timeline
After you choose your theme, you can make your timeline and plan the rest of your ultimate bachelorette weekend in Nashville. I found it helpful to construct a rough timeline so I could make dinner reservations. See below for our bachelorette timeline in summary.

6. Make Final Reservations
After you have a timeline draft you can make final selections- where to eat, where to shop, etc.
To save money, I would recommend make meals at the Airbnb. We had breakfast and lunch at home to save money. The only time we spent money on food was, traveling, our dinner at Stationary and coffee in the morning.
Common places to dine in Nashville:
Butcher and Bees – Middle Eastern, Mediterranean
Stationary– Modern American
Adele’s – Modern American
The Finch -American
Sadies – Middle Eastern, Mediterranean
Luogo– Italian
7. Relax and Prep for the weekend
You did it! Finally, all the hard work is done. Sit back and relax. However, pack your weekend essentials and get ready to boot scoot down to Nashville!
Tip: Communication is key to the weekend so make sure all the girls know the color themes for each day, what they are doing, addresses to places, etc. so they can plan ahead too. I made a outfit inspo powerpoint for a helpful guide for the girls to follow- highly recommend you do this! Saved me from receiving plenty of text messages.
