Easy Holiday Focaccia: Cranberry Feta

Delicious, Overnight Holiday Cranberry Brie Focaccia Bread Recipe

This easy holiday focaccia will make you drool. I’m convinced that overnight dough is the secret to a great focaccia due to the slow fermentation process. Focaccia is one of my favorite breads to make… mostly because of the bubbles! But also- it’s so versatile.

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups all -purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoon instant yeast
  • 2 cups lukewarm water
  • Olive oil
  • 1/2 Bag of Oceanspray Cranberries for garnish
  • 1/2 block of Brie for garnish

You can easily remove the Brie and Cranberries and replace them with Herbs and Olives, if you prefer. However, when I make Brie and Cran Focaccia it just gets me in the holiday spirit. Highly, recommend you play Christmas music in the background.

How Do You Make Holiday Focaccia?

I followed Alexandra’s Kitchen Overnight Focaccia Recipe when making this and she does a great job explaining the reason behind each step. I simply just added the brie and focaccia and pressed it into each dimple! If you want a in depth how-to, follow Alexandra’s recipe!

How else can I serve Holiday Focaccia Bread?

Struggling to find ways how else you can use leftover focaccia bread? Make a sandwich with the bread! With the holiday Focaccia, I would recommend you use Ham and brie cheese and spread some cranberry jam. But, you can surely put just about anything on it.

Hope you try this out and let me know how it turns out for you! Alexandra’s Kitchen is a real one for this one- follow her recipe the next time you go to make focaccia.
